Cap's Place at 2765 Northeast 28th Court, Lighthouse Point, Florida.

We visited a couple of weeks ago. It was my first visit in over 20 years. I hate when I wait this long to do a review - but between my visit and now we had a bit of a minor emergency.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinners. We all ordered the Hearts of Palm salad - it was SO good. A few of us ordered crabcakes...... YUM! The one thing I miss about living near the ocean is fresh seafood, and they did not disappoint. If I were to rate it on the food alone, I'd rate it 5 stars. The service was 3 stars. The waitress was very nice. They just aren't trained well. I'd think that based on their location and price point they'd want to work on training a little. Customer Service is a big part of choosing a restaurant these days.
I do suggest that you go. Go for the food, be prepared to be there a while though.
